NON-DREAM EVENT, DREAM:
Non-Dream, Spirits & Ghosts, Angels, Singing

Friday, April 7, 2006
5:00 AM appx. & 5:18 AM

EVENT SUMMARY: I hear someone walking near my couch.

DREAM SUMMARY: A family receives an Angelic visitor.

PRELIMINARY EVENTS
At bedtime I prayed to God, my Angels and Guides and Jesus in that order. I told Jesus about my deep interest and belief in the hierarchy of Angels. Also mentioned that I've never seen one in its natural form. I then went to bed at 2:04 AM. I tossed and turned, got up and read something then watched North and South until 4:30 AM (had to get up at 6:33 AM).

COMMENT
Just went to bed at 4:30 AM. I think I'm participating in this dream.

EVENT ACCOUNT

5:00 AM appx.
I'm in that mysterious "in between state" I experience from time to time. I hear the sound of someone walking near my couch. They went from the foot of it to mid livingroom. I silently comment to myself that it could be my Angel or other spirit. I try not to be afraid. I keep having this strong feeling that someone is in the room. I manage to sleep soundly for the most part then have the dream in Sibling B below.

DREAM ACCOUNT

5:18 AM
Dreamed that I'm in a well lit house that is occupied by a Caucasian family with young pre-teen children. There's a feeling that a ghost is in the house. I sense it is upstairs. I think to myself (or out loud) "There's a ghost in here. It's haunted." The kids are joyful and are playing. They head downstairs. There is a loud commotion, and one of them says excitedly, "There's something in the room downstairs!"

I race down the stairs and enter a room. Its dimmer lit but with enough natural light for me to see what has the kids all excited. Five or more people are pointing to the center of the livingroom[1]. Hovering in the air is a swirl of white smoke--a misty cloud lit by light. I'm suspicious of its nature and feel protective of the family. I approach the cloud that is swirling ever so much. I walk around it, unafraid and note its strange characteristics. I agree (with the others) that it's strange the cloud is just hovering in the air from the ceiling. There is no fire to have caused it.

Remaining at about the same height, the misty cloud glides away leftward as if leaving. As it moves, it takes a form, still looking like a cloud, but now I see the tip of an angel's wing appear very distinctly. Then more of the angel's body is seen. As the angel in the swirling mist moves, I see its wings are attached to the center of its back--a brief image but noticeable. I'm enthralled and say, "It's an angel! It's an angel! I can see wings!" It hovers horizontally. It's face is difficult to see, but the head is much clearer. It's hair is blond with a short, boyish cut. The angel reminds me of Peter Pan and looks feminine and masculine. It is young and has a look of playfulness. It appears to be wearing a gown. Then it is gone.

It's appearance from start to finish took no more than five minutes. Right after it disappears, my daughter[2] (standing to my right--the others behind us) says it sang a song and had eleven fingers.

I then visualize the angel (like seeing a memory?): I see the angel face me at my height (which is lower than in the original sighting), it's six-fingered left hand is held in front of its stomach area, a ring on the middle finger. As I finish this "recollection" my daughter sings the song[3] to me. I've forgotten the stanzas (about 5 lines).

ANGEL DESCRIPTION
First appears as a misty, white, swirling cloud lit by gold light. Wings appear then the form further transforms into a Peter Pan looking angel,--a cross between being masculine and feminine--about 4 1/2 to 5 feet in length, slender, a total of eleven fingers--six on its left hand with a ring on a middle finger. It's hair is short, sort of blond with a boyish haircut. It looks young and playful (teens or early 20's). It maintains a horizontal position, every nuance of its shape created by the play of light and shadow[4]. It appears to be wearing a flowing gown of gold color--it's face, hair, wings, clothes and the surrounding light was of variances of gold. It is like the gold light formed and encased the angel. A whitish cloudy mist swirled about its perimeter, as well.

NOTES

[1]
sparsely furnished, with pale colored walls like gold or cream

[2]
Throughout the dream my daughter either stood to my left or in front of me, but at this point she was to my right. She was named after the angels because I wanted her to have angelic qualities (i.e. good), haha.

[3]
The dream song is about an Angel at the side of a river. The rhythm is that of "Figelo?". The dream song incorporates the use of string instruments--classical music.

It amazes me how I can record a dream and forget parts of the description. It further mystifies me that years later, I can rewrite the event, remember the forgotten bits but still neglect to record them.

FINAL COMMENTS:
I think the event (A) and dream (b) are connected. I feel good for a person who only had an hour worth of sleep.

EVENT INTERPRETATION:
It's anyone's guess. A spirit? Angel? Ghost? Could be anyone or thing. Not the first time I've heard someone walking in the vicinity of my sleeping form. As the years went by, this wasn't the last time it happened, either. Always in the livingroom (it's the only place I've slept in 6 years of this apt.) no matter where the couch is placed. By the way...it's not the couch...For a year, I slept on the floor and still had spirit visitors.

DREAM INTERPRETATION:
I think my Guardian Angel was saying hello and thank you.

FINAL COMMENTS:
I see this dream as a gift. I have three other dreams involving the theme of Angels. However, this is the only dream of an angel.

Dreams are a fascinating subject, and worthy of further deliberations. So many questions: why do we dream? Do they have meaning? Are they an example of a two-dimensional entity existing in the third dimension? How is it that sometimes, two or more people have the same dream, and does this mean dreams aren't unique? Does a lack of sleep lead to lucid dreams? Dreams are a great doorway into the realm of metaphysics. I have a recurring dream; is this significant? You stimulate my mind - a good thing.

This is so interesting that you post your dreams! I keep a journal, but posting them online would allow other people's interpretation, wow that word sounds funny. But I think this is a great idea! I hope you don't mind if I start doing this?

I have been recording them since 1994 but made my site private because no one was interested in reading them. I plan to write a booklet, though. Many people experience odd dreams.

Mine are usually related to UFOs, dead people, flying and going across walls... so I believe they are more than dreams.

If we could make a "club" of people journaling their interesting dreams that would be great.

Anais, I agree with you. I suspect that a lot of the dreams I've had may be more than mere random fantasies. I've had a few dreams that came true. I had a dream about a rooming house fire that came true three days later. I think it's posted on this blog.

Anais, did you check out my UFO dreams blog, yet? I'll be updating it within the next two weeks...I'm sorting through hundreds of dream accounts for some of the more interesting ones. When I can afford a scanner, I'll upload my sketches of the UFOs I dreamed about.

I really appreciate your taking the time to comment. I'd really like to read some of your dreams! The topics you mentioned sound exciting. I'm ALWAYS interested in hearing about other people's experiences. Let's share. Email me.

How to e-mail? I can give you special access to private site or make it public again. I don't dream that much lately, but certainly, the older ones are revealing. Specially those occurring a few months previous to my dad's passing to several close relatives. There was premonition in those dreams.

Hi, Anais!

You should be able to email me by clicking on the white envelope with the black arrow on it...Or perhaps via my Blogger/Google profile (Sweet Little Angel).

If you are comfortable with allowing my access to your site, I would be honored. Whether you allow me access or make your blog public depends on what you are comfortable with. You can just email me and we can share experiences that way until you get to know a bit more about me. (I realize my profiles across the internet tend to be a bit bald and avoidant. Hahaha. Let me know. If the email doesn't work, let me know and I'll post a generic email address where you can contact me. Then I'll give you my standard email. Okay?

Just to share...

When my father died I don't remember dreaming about him, but I have dreamed about him about five times since his death...Yesterday, while sorting through my old dreams, I was surprised at how many dreams I had of him since his death. In some he looked younger.

The last time I dreamed of him I was sitting outdoors in a king-sized bed. My father comes strolling up the sidewalk and greets me. Then the dream shifts and we're sitting in bed side by side (when I was little and my siblings would all be at his house...I had to sleep in his bed (I know how perverted that sounds...haha...but I assure it was not incestuous). In the dream he asked "Why do you keep making that noise?" Then I woke up. I thought about that question for a while. A few days later it dawned on me that he was referring to. I snork (for lack of a better word) a lot to clear my nasal passage due to issues with my sinuses.

That brief dream gave me the impression that in spirit, he's visiting me. We weren't close and he wouldn't have known about me doing that otherwise....Penny

1-The white envelope is to send the entry to anyone of whom you know the e-mail.

2- Your profile does nor have a link to send you e-mails, it is well protected.

__I also have several dreams/OBEs in which I speak with my father (after his death). Interesting, but I was afraid to look at him, and he always appeared; always hiding behind something.

Hope we can contact somehow. If I don't have your e-mail I cannot grant you access to the journal.
