appx. 4:30 AM
SUMMARY
I see lights and call out to my Angels.
PRELIMINARY EVENTS
This is during the period when I had the icky bed bugs or soon would. I was very depressed because I was miserable and the drug, noise and music situation was ongoing and getting worse.
LOCATION OVERVIEW
In bedroom of current apt. I'm lying on my back on the bed covers. The light is on in the bedroom.
COMMENTS
Went to bed around 3:30 – 4:30 a.m. Hadn't been in bed more than two hours before this event happened.
DREAM ACCOUNT
I felt a vibrating sensation around the perimeter of my upper body—maybe the whole of it. I've experienced this sensation many times before and have never quite understood what is going on with those events. Those first moments of waking that morning I felt uncertain as to what was happening. It was the first time in years I had to deal with the vibrating sensation for such a long length of time. My breathing was shallow. I could hear myself snoring loudly as I tried to breathe.
I felt encased in darkness and seemed to be looking at the dark with an inner eye. Hard to explain. As I tried to breath, I called out "Angels," my breathing then normal (or seemed to be) and my voice echoing. Pretty cool. I saw near the ceiling on the upper right, a rounded square of luminous purple light with bits of black in it. Then I call out, "My Angels," my voice echoing more than the first time. I see another (bar?) of light that is faint and positioned below a whitish or light blue color light. I don't recall this faint light staying visible very long.
FINAL COMMENT
To clarify, I remember there being three lights, one of which was smaller and appeared briefly. They were misty, swirl-like clouds of light set against a dark backdrop that blotted out the entire ceiling. There was a sense of depth with the lights as if deep space had descended. I identified these lights as my Angels right from the start. Strangely, what I remember clearest is the loud, echoing quality of my voice. I can still hear it. I can still hear the raspy, sound of my breathing. There is no doubt in my mind that I was not breathing very well. I sounded like I was dying, honestly.
As always with these episodes I don't feel they are dreams but dealings with another state of reality.
When I awoke, I could still feel the static vibrations around my upper body, especially on my left (where my large bedroom window is). I did not get up but eventually fell asleep again. I did not feel particularly frightened but curious as to what had happened.
